The Marina is a great location with lovely views over the Marina.

The most amazing location, paired with stunning lake & mountain vistas, is unbeatable. This apartment enjoys a premium spot, mere minutes from the lakeshore, dining establishments, & cafes. You’ll have access to a spa, heated swimming pool, & well-equipped gym.

All 3 bedrooms have ensuites, and the bed configuration can be adjusted to accommodate two large singles in two of the rooms. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked, complete with a Nespresso machine and NutriBullet for your convenience.

There is only one car park available for guests at the Marina Apartment.

There is also a lock up which can fit skis or an ebike.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Only booked guests are permitted to stay at the house, please inform us if you intend to have visitors during your stay.

  • - Please be aware of the apartment on the ground floor underneath your apartment, consider noise as you walk around, vacuum, etc. - especially in the early morning and late evenings.
  • - This property is only authorised for residential use, please do not undertake any commercial activities or use the apartment for any other purpose than as a dwelling.
  • - Do not obstruct the stairs, front door, or doorways in ways that may limit easy entry and exit from the building (this does not include locking the doors - this is of course fine).
  • - Please ensure all doors and windows are locked and fastened when you are not in the apartment.
  • - No unauthorised guests are permitted.
  • - Please respect the opening hours of the pool and gym - they are not available after hours.
