Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Guidelines for an enjoyable stay
- • $40 an hour charge if you want a Mid stay cleaning (please let us know).
- • Only booked guests are permitted to stay at the house, please inform us if you intend to have visitors during your stay.
- • We love sharing our house with others, but we ask that you please keep it clean and tidy for others by putting rubbish in the bins provided and taking excess away with you.
- • All dishes used must be put in the dishwasher and pots and pan must be hand washed.
- • Please remember to turn off electric blankets, lights etc when out.
- • There will be an additional charge for guests staying with two or more babies. Guests will be charged an extra $25 per day for each additional baby after the first baby.
