In summer, enjoy golfing, hiking, and beach days, while winter brings world-class skiing and snowboarding.
This home is surrounded by mature trees and features two levels with a quaint wrap-around porch. Inside you’ll find 2,550 square feet of light-filled living space, three bedrooms and three full bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests.
Entering this home through the double front doors puts you directly into the main level great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining area, with custom hardwood flooring underfoot throughout.
Living Room: The living room offers mountain contemporary furnishings, wood-burning fireplace, HD TV with Roku and cable, and large windows that bring in the peaceful wooded view and natural light. You will also find a small library of books, games and puzzles for all ages.
Sitting Room: Offers a cozy couch, chair and a bar/game table. This area also offers access to the outdoor areas.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range, granite counters, and a center island. There is also kitchen bar seating for two and a delightful two-seat breakfast table.
Dining Area: This area offers seating for six at the unique wooden table and chairs.
