Accommodating up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms including the self-contained loft which offers additional space for the grandparents, teens or second family. The downstairs level of the house boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, large well-equipped kitchen with butlers pantry, living area with gas fire place, dining area, laundry and drying room for wet snow gear. Head upstairs to the master bedroom with balcony, bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath, plus a lovely second living area/sitting room with kitchenette.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Linen and exit clean included in the nightly rate.
- No parties, events or loud groups.
- Only the number of guests on your booking are permitted at the property during your stay.
- The house must be left tidy upon departure. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away.
- All rubbish must be neatly bagged, all recycling must be sorted into the correct bins, and the BBQ must be left clean.
- This is a smoke-free property.
- No pets allowed.
