Immaculate and modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house just a short walk to the gorgeous lake and playground at 5 Mile Bay. Open plan with great indoor/outdoor flow. This is the perfect spot for your summer holiday or winter escape!
Keeping warm in the cooler months will be easy with the fire-place and heat-pump. The air-conditioning will keep the house cool during the hot summer days.
The house sleeps up to 9 guests with the following bedding configuration – 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x Queen, 1x fold out sofa-bed and 2x fold up stretcher beds. Please note, the sofa-bed and stretcher beds are each only suitable for a small child. The mezzanine floor area where the sofa-bed is located does not have curtains, so this space is very light in the mornings. There is a small semi-communal yet private back yard. There is a partial fence between this yard and the connecting property.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Linen and exit clean included in the nightly rate.
  • No parties, events or loud groups.
  • Only the number of guests on your booking are permitted at the property during your stay.
  • The house must be left tidy upon departure. Dishes must be washed, dried and put away.
  • All rubbish must be neatly bagged, all recycling must be sorted into the correct bins, and the BBQ must be left clean.
  • This is a smoke-free property.
