Villa Anlero is situated in the beautiful small town called Nin, known as the oldest Croatian royal city, just 15 km from Zadar. This medieval gem features a rich cultural heritage and its position on an island in the middle of a shallow lagoon makes it a real little paradise for families and children, featuring healing properties. Nin is home to the smallest cathedral in the world, St. Nicholas, and the statue of Gregory of Nin, whose golden thumb is said to bring good luck. The town is also famous for its sandy beaches, especially Kraljičina Beach.
This modern villa consists of 4 luxurious bedrooms, including 2 single beds and 3 double beds. For families traveling with little ones, we provide two baby cots and two high chairs to ensure comfort. The villa features two stylish and functional bathrooms, each with a shower, making it easy for everyone to refresh after a day of fun.
Step into a stunning garden with a heated pool, sun loungers, and a privacy fence. The kids will love the pool area, which includes a trampoline, mini goals for games, and a PlayStation. Enjoy meals in cozy indoor and outdoor dining areas, each seating eight, or fire up the charcoal grill for a casual barbecue. For a taste of local flavor, check out the excellent restaurants and taverns in Nin. Plus, you’ll have four parking spots— three in the yard and one outside.
Villa Anlero is your gateway to endless fun. Enjoy wine tours, rafting, or a day at the aquapark. For adventure, try cycling or sailing. Zaton, Croatia, is a picturesque coastal village that offers a serene escape into the heart of the Dalmatian coast. Nestled in a beautiful bay, Zaton is a hidden gem that provides a tranquil alternative to the nearby bustling tourist centers, making it an ideal destination for those seeking both relaxation and adventure.
One of the main attractions in Zaton is its stunning pebble beaches, where crystal-clear waters invite swimmers, snorkelers, and sunbathers to enjoy the Adriatic Sea's embrace. The calm bay is also perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, offering a peaceful way to explore the scenic coastline and its secluded coves.
For history enthusiasts, Zaton is a treasure trove of cultural heritage. The village is just a stone's throw away from the historic city of Dubrovnik, allowing visitors to easily venture out and walk along the ancient city walls, wander through the limestone-paved streets, and discover the rich history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Back in Zaton, the charming promenade is lined with traditional Dalmatian stone houses, cozy restaurants, and cafes. Here, visitors can indulge in the local cuisine, savoring fresh seafood and regional specialties such as peka, a dish of meat or seafood cooked under a bell-like dome in an open fire.
The surrounding area is dotted with olive groves and vineyards, where travelers can partake in agritourism experiences. Wine tasting tours offer a glimpse into the region's winemaking traditions, and visitors can sample some of Croatia's finest wines while enjoying the picturesque countryside.
For those looking to connect with nature, the nearby hills provide ample hiking and biking trails that offer panoramic views of the bay and the lush Mediterranean landscape. The region's natural beauty continues to captivate outdoor enthusiasts, with opportunities for bird watching and discovering the diverse flora and fauna.
Zaton's proximity to the Elaphiti Islands is another draw for visitors. These idyllic islands are easily accessible by boat, and day trips can be arranged for those wishing to explore their sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and sleepy villages.
In essence, Zaton is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of natural beauty, cultural richness, and leisurely pursuits. Its laid-back atmosphere, coupled with the allure of the Adriatic Sea and the charm of Dalmatian life, makes Zaton a worthwhile place to visit for travelers looking to experience the quieter side of Croatia's enchanting coast.
