Welcome to Le Grand Champ, our charming mountain chalet, ideally located near the town centre, on the edge of the woods. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Aiguilles de Chamonix and the Mont Blanc massif. The property is bordered by a stream on one side and a vast field on the other, where you may encounter cows or sheep. It is the perfect place to recharge and create unforgettable memories.
Our lovely chalets are brand new, offering 60 m² of cosy living space spread over two floors (please note that this is not recommended for people with reduced mobility). The upper level has an open and friendly living space, including a comfortable lounge, a modern kitchen and a terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of the Mont Blanc massif. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- 2 Etoiles:
- 1 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person (children from 0 to 18 years old).
- - Optional services:
- Extra Towels: 10 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 20.
- Baby high chair: 15 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 10.
