The space Welcome to ’Just Breathe!’ This beautifully remodeled cottage is just one block from Camp WaterColor, and only a short walk to the WaterColor Town Center, tennis/pickle ball courts, and the newly expanded Beach Club. As you make your way inside, you’ll love the open floor plan with 20+ foot vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a gas range, plus seating for three at the breakfast bar. There’s also a dining table for 8, perfect for family meals. The living room is designed for comfort, with a large flat-screen TV and cozy seating for everyone. Step outside to the screened-in porch, where you can relax on the twin-size bed swing with your morning coffee. Traveling up the beautiful spiral staircase, you’ll find a loft living room space, with a Twin futon, TV, and video games for the kids to play. This upstairs area is also where the 3 spacious bedrooms are located. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a TV, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom also features a king bed, a TV, and access to a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom is perfect for the little ones, with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a flat-screen TV to keep them entertained. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to experience everything WaterColor has to offer, this charming cottage is the place for you! This house comes with up to 10 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even though there may be sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 11 Guests) FIRST FLOOR -Living Room -Dining Room -Kitchen -Master Bedroom: King Bed and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub + walk-in shower (2) -Bedroom 2: King Bed and shared bathroom with shower/tub combination (2) -Bedroom 3: Two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunks and shared bathroom with shower/tub combination (4) SECOND FLOOR -Loft Living Space with Twin futon (1) There is a pack n’ play and air mattress available upon request. (2) Guest access Camp WaterColor is literally steps from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! The Beach Club is about a 5 minute LSV/golf cart ride. The ultra desirable location of this home cannot be beat especially for families!!! Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children’s area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground. The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an ’adults only’ pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf! These accesses are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests. Other things to note -Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. -In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Weddings and other similar events not allowed at this home. Violation of any home rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits, as well as subject to HOA, community and management fines. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. These times are respectfully enforced and late check out may be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. ​​​​​​​-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by bikes,LSV/golf cart, or other amenities provided to guests.
