Conveniently located just five houses down from the never crowded public beach access #7 on Bonita Beach. As you make your way up the stairway you are welcomed with the light and elegantly decorated beach décor throughout the home. Your beach vacation has truly begun! The entryway opens up into the massive living room with high vaulted ceilings and natural light. Kitchen is well-appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware and utensils for all your culinary needs. Choose your morning cup of ’joe’ from either the Kuerig or regular coffee makers and have a seat at the kitchen’s breakfast bar to plan the day’s activities. Never miss out on a magical moment with family and friends in the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The formal dining area seats five (plus three at the breakfast bar) which is great for sit-down meals with the family or "game night" from our assorted board game options. Or kick back and relax on the living room sofas and take in the news or a movie on the smart TV. Log in to your favorite streaming app and catch up on your favorite shows. Living room also offers a desk and wired internet connect for those who still need to get a little work done between beach excursions. A queen size sleeper sofa and single sleeper sofa up to sleep 3 guests. After a long day at the beach or exploring the many great nearby activities and sites, retire back to the massive screened-in deck off of the living room with views to the bay. Master suite offers king size bed with smart TV, large walk-in closet and sliding glass doors accessing the massive deck with bay view. Master bathroom invites you with a soft light blue color, with walk-in shower, vanity and sitting area for makeup. Second bedroom suite will spoil guests in the king bed, in-room TV and ensuite bathroom. This full bath has a shower/tub combination which is perfect for bathing the little ones and connects to the second suite and is accessible from the living room for all guests. There is a pack n play portable crib for your convenience. Washer and dryer in laundry room which connects between the master bathroom and living room. Plenty of covered parking for you and your guests. Gas grill for your convenience. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas are included for your convenience. Bikes, e-bikes, kayaks, paddle boards are available for rent and can be delivered before you arrive and returned after your stay.
