THE LAYOUTThe main floor’s open-concept design offers a spacious and inviting living area that perfectly blends comfort and style. It’s fully stocked with everything you need for your culinary skills. Dine at the elegant dining room table and bar stools along the large kitchen island. The master suite features a king bed and a large private balcony. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat with a spacious walk-in shower, his-and-her vanities, and a large walk-in closet. The first guest room also boasts a king-size bed and includes a desk, for those that need to get a little work done. The ensuite bathroom features dual vanities and a walk-in shower, offering a touch of luxury. Positioned at the back of the house, the second guest bedroom offers peaceful beach views.
