Newly built flat surrounded by greenery on the heights of Bogliasco for a relaxing holiday with an unforgettable sea view. Note that there are several steps to access the flat.
The outdoor spaces are characterised by a large garden with olive trees and a splendid panorama. The outdoor area is furnished with tables and chairs to enjoy a coffee or an aperitif with a view. You will find on site the barbecue area shared with the owner who lives upstairs . The rest of the garden is for the exclusive use of guests.
The Ligurian coast is known for its extraordinary hiking trails. Bogliasco has a beach where you can relax. Furthermore, this flat is relatively close to Genoa (15 km), where you can visit the Aquarium of Genoa and enjoy the local cuisine in the town’s restaurants.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
