Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. Respectful Behavior: Please respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours to maintain a peaceful environment.
- 2. No Parties or Pets: Parties and pets are not allowed in the apartment to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
- 3. Swimming Pool Use: Prior to accessing the swimming pool, guests will be required to sign a short disclaimer. By using the swimming pool facility, guests agree to follow the swimming pool rules and safety regulations. Guests also assume responsibility for any accidents that may occur as a result of their use of the swimming pool facility.
- 4. Pre-Arrival Procedure: Before your arrival, you will receive a link to our web concierge platform. Here, you can review and accept the rental agreement and provide the necessary guest information for registration. This helps streamline the check-in process and ensures everything is in order upon your arrival.
