Villa Girgenti is located in the Contrada Mendolito area, located in southern Sicily, near the sea of Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples, the popular beaches of San Leone and the white cliffs of the Scala dei Turchi.
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden, overlooking the large swimming pool and the beautiful Jacuzzi enclosed in the rocks.

Villa Girgenti is consists of two levels: on the ground floor a spacious living area with lounge and dining room, a modern kitchen and a service bathroom; on the first floor, connected by an internal staircase and lift, there is a double bedroom including a luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi and hydromassage shower and two further bedrooms with private bathroom.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
