Up to 10 guests are able to stay. 1 middle sized dog can be accommodated in a cage. 【4Bed room house with a free car lot】 The house is 98 sqm with 4 bedrooms. *This house is a private rental, not a shared house. 【2nd floor】 - Bedroom1 ・ 2 x double bed - Bedroom2 ・ 2 x single bed -Bedroom3 ・ Semi-double bed ・ Semi-double sofa bed 【1st floor】 -Tatami Room ・ Semi-double futons -Living Room ・Futon ・TV ・DVD player ＜Bathroom＞ ・1 Bath towel+1 face towel (1 set per person, no change of towels during your stay) ・Hair Dryer ・Washing machine ・Washing Detergent ・Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap ・Toothbrush, toothpaste ＜Kitchen＞ ・Washing up liquid ・Cooking utensils: chopping board, kitchen knives, chopsticks, pans, frying pans, scissors, bottle openers, can openers, etc. ・Plate and utensils ・Electric Kettle ・Microwave ・Gas hob + grill ・Fridge ・Rice cooker ＜Else＞ ・Wifi (Home Wifi) ・Iron + ironing board ・Coat Hangers ・Dog(small/medium sized　＊1dog only*) welcome but please do not let them in inside of the house. There is a cage at the entrance. ・Preschoolers who don’t require beds/towels (share with adults) can be booked with 1000yen/person/night (please book them as "infant" in this case). Please inform us upon booking. If they require beds/towels, they need to be booked as "children". Please use anything in the room freely. Smoking in the room (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted. Please use the smoking area in the garden when smoking. Please contact us first via Property Manager’s message so that we can communicate smoothly. 【Important Notice】 *Guest registration Since 15th June 2018, Japanese law about vacation holiday house has changed. All the rooms and houses which are opened for Property Manager or other platform need to be registered at the local authorities to run a business. All the guests who stay at those facilities are also needed to be registered as the same way as hotels. ！！！No loud noise after 21:00！！！ *No loud noise should be made. This house is surrounded houses for families. No party in the house. Some neighbours call to the police to come around if big noise are made. In that case, you are required to check out with no refund. * No smoking inside the house including electronic cigarettes. Smoking area is provided in the small back yard. *CCTV are set in the garden. Small camera is set at the entrance to check the guests in-out instead of the reception at the hotels. Camera can not see the inside of the house except the main entrance. *Dog(small/medium sized) is welcome but please do not let them in inside of the house. There is a cage at the entrance. *After 12:00, you can leave your luggage in the house before check in(check in time is 16:000). When you leave your luggage, your room may not be ready yet. Please return the key to its original location. ・ No daily room cleaning is provided. If the rooms are super messy upon check out, we might charge extra cleaning fee. ・ No registered guests are not allowed to stay. Please do contact us to let us know you have additional guest/s than originated. ・ Do not take the items or decorations in the house with you. If we find any lost items after your check out, we will send you an invoice. ・If any items in the house get broken, please do contact us. Sometimes, we can get it fixed using Property Manager insurance but otherwise we might ask you to cover the cost. ・ Please make sure you lock the house on your leave. Please take care of the house key not to loose. The replacement costs JPY 22000 which will be paid by the guests.
