Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Keep noise at a moderate level after 10:00 pm.No smoking inside the house or on the property; violation may incur cleaning fees and penalties.Avoid rearranging furniture.Parties, events, and pets are not allowed.All guests must be registered, and the maximum occupancy is 20 people.Only pre-registered individuals are allowed to check-in; no visits during the stay.Drug use is strictly prohibited; suspected cases will be reported to authorities.Respect the pool and outdoor areas: Shower before entering the pool, use appropriate swim attire, and avoid bringing glassware near the pool area.Practice environmental awareness: Be mindful of water and electricity usage, contributing to sustainable practices.Pets are allowed, please pick up after your pet and be careful with the furniture. Check-out guidelines: Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed, return keys or access cards, and dispose of trash appropriately. As this is a private family home, please respect the property and leave it clean before departure.
