The superb villa Pinus is the fulfillment of all your dreams.
Would you like to spend the day frolicking in the pool or jacuzzi, playing pool or table football? You don’t have to make difficult decisions, because you can do it all in one place - right here.
The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of beautiful Porec, in the village of Cervar.
The beautifully landscaped surroundings of this villa invite you to enjoy in the pool or sunbeds in the natural shade of the trees.
After preparing a delicious barbecue, you can dine in the garden.
The basement of the house offers you the opportunity to enjoy playing billiards, table tennis or table football all day long.
The ground floor of the house consists of a tastefully decorated living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a view of the pool and garden.
One bedroom with its own bathroom and TV is also located on the ground floor.
Jacuzzi and sunbeds are located on the balcony on the upper floor of the house. You can access the balcony from the hallway, but also from one bedroom with its own jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Another bedroom is located upstairs, with its own bathroom and TV.
The recently renovated, 1 kilometer long Beach in Cervar Porat is about 1 km away from the house.
On the beach, you can play beach volleyball and there are numerous restaurants and cafes, as well as a bicycle and pedestrian path. The beach itself is filled with pebbles.
Beach Plave zastave is located right next to the Ulika camp in Cervar-Porat. The beach and camp are naturist, so this place is ideal for anyone who wants to relax in a beautiful natural environment without clothes.
A children’s park is a 2-minute walk away from the house, and a multipurpose playground is a 5-minute walk away.
