Welcome to Split Tail Hunting Lodge. This beautifully restored historic home combines old Western charm with modern comfort, situated in the center of downtown Park City. The lower level welcomes you with a cozy library/den area that includes a ping pong table, television, desk space, and shelves filled with books. Adjacent is a private queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Just a short walk from Park City’s popular shopping and dining spots, and a quick walk or trolley ride to Park City Mountain Resort, this home offers an ideal location for exploring the area.
Upstairs, the main level features a spacious living room with a leather sectional, a warm fireplace, and a TV for relaxed evenings. The dining room, located just behind the living space, has a large wooden table that seats six guests beneath a striking blown glass chandelier. The adjoining kitchen is equipped with wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances.
- - A credit card preauthorization is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.
