Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Before check-in, it is necessary to provide a copy of your ID documents for the mandatory notification to the Italian Police, as required by law.
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
- In case of lost keys, a fee of €50 will be charged to the guest.
- It is not permitted to allow non-registered individuals into the apartment if they were not declared at check-in.
- In Italy, by law, heating can only be used from November 7th to April 7th, and the temperature must not exceed 21 degrees Celsius. Please ensure heating and air conditioning are only used when you are in the apartment.
- Upon entering the apartment, please report any problems or damages immediately to avoid charges during check-out.
- When checking out, please turn everything off and leave the keys where you found them.
