The main and upper floors are not included and may be occupied by the owner. You may hear some noise from upstairs from time to time. *. The entrance of the unit is in the backyard. There is a small slope and few steps in the backyard. It might be challenging for elderly. *. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
