This condo is 4 miles to the Beaver Meadows entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and 5 miles to downtown Estes Park.
Comanche Peak 39 is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Mary’s Lake. Walk to the lake for fishing or skipping rocks. A quick drive to the South Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park and close to Estes Park restaurants, cafes and shops.
The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath with bathtub/shower combo, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the main floor living area (not comfortable for adults). Spend evenings on the private upper deck taking in the mountain views.
The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub and separate shower. The lower level also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary’s Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary’s Lake Condominiums. Property Manager does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
