Buttercup Cottage nestles next door to Daisy, overlooking a pretty courtyard down an unmade lane on the owner’s 10 acre smallholding outside the sleepy rural village of Llanfallteg, just 5 miles from the pretty market town of Narberth.The front and side terrace are a veritable sun trap and the perfect spot to just sit and relax, step into the open-plan living space comfortably furnished with compact fitted kitchen, 2 welcoming bedrooms and a shower room. Your own large, enclosed meadow style garden with picnic bench, gives plenty of space for children and dogs to play or enjoy following the footpaths or wandering the fields, but care is needed when sheep are in the fields. With storage for bikes and a hose to wash off your bikes and gear, it is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor activities or cycling the lanes. Bird and wildlife enthusiasts will be in their element in this relaxing rural location. Tucked away in rolling green countryside on the outskirts of Llanfallteg with its strong community spirit, the village pub serving food is within walking distance and often hosts local events, as well as a small children’s playground.Conveniently situated, on the Pembrokeshire/Carmarthenshire border, all the attractions these two Counties have to offer are within easy reach.
