3 Tower Hill is a charming, traditional stone mid terrace cottage, one of 4 set on a quiet ‘no through lane’ in the hamlet of Brynhenllan, just above the picturesque sandy cove of Pwllgwaelod. Deceptively spacious, this lovely holiday cottage has retained a real traditional feel with beams and sash windows and is comfortably furnished. There are 2 sitting rooms giving plenty of space to relax in the evening, and you will enjoy the wood burning stoves. The dining room leads through to the fitted kitchen and French doors open to a small sheltered paved patio, and large, enclosed lawned garden that will not fail to delight. It gives plenty of space for children to play while the second patio allows you to enjoy an alfresco meal while you savour the stunning sea views. Stairs lead up to the bedrooms, one of which offers lovely sea views, while the master offers space and character with A frame beams.A footpath leads directly from the garden...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
