Valley Lodge is a new luxury lodge tucked to the rear of the family run Bonvilles Court Country Park with its exclusive onsite spa to enjoy all within walking distance of Saundersfoot and its beautiful sandy beaches. Located at the rear of this family run caravan park adjoining the owners equestrian small holding, it offers views over the wonderful hay fields from the decking.Steps lead up to this super lodge, finished to a high specification with contemporary furnishings throughout. The open-plan living space has a modern, fitted, kitchen area, dining space and comfortable seating, patio doors open to a decked terrace where you can dine alfresco and soak up the lovely rural views across the valley. The compact bedrooms make welcome retreats with an ensuite shower room and family bathroom, there is even a practical boot room/utility area for all your outdoor gear.Spoil yourself and take advantage of the onsite spa, The Britannia Suite, with its steam room, sauna and spa pool to ensure you truly relax (passes can be purchased for the day or week). Or why not keep fit at The Power House Gym which is fully equipped.Saundersfoot is just a 15 minute walk away with a range of shops, pubs and restaurants to try, spend your days on the beaches, there is a choice to explore and watersport enthusiasts will be in their element with sailing, kayaking and surfing all popular, while children will enjoy crabbing off the harbour wall.A foot path that recently opened leads from the train station and runs past the entrance to the park and down into Saundersfoot and the golden beaches.Join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to really appreciate this stunning coastline, on foot heading east through the tunnels, a relic of the areas industrial coal mining past, there is a highly recommended restaurant, Coast, at Coppet Hall or further on lies Wiseman’s Bridge and the popular seaside village of Amroth, each with beachside cafes and pubs where you can re-fuel ready for the journey home, all while you gaze over Carmarthen Bay and out to sea. To the west is Tenby with its picturesque harbour, medieval town walls, quaint cobbled streets and 4 glorious sandy beaches. A boat trip to visit Caldey Island, with its unique peaceful atmosphere home to Cistercian monks should not be missed.There really is something for everyone with a host of family attractions all within a short drive including Folly Farm, Manor Wildlife Park and Heatherton World of Activities, while golfers will relish the choice of courses, Tenby Golf Club and Trefloyne being the closest.Valley Lodge is sure to provide a relaxing break, whatever the season.Dogs are welcome, but please ensure they are kept on the lead around livestock.Onsite spa facilities including a steam room, sauna, pool spa, experience shower and gym included - No under 10 year olds.
