This newly built charming villa Dona is located in the small town of Nin. The medieval and historical city of Nin is best known for it’s sandy beaches. The most famous and longest beach in Nin, which will enchant You, is called Kraljičina beach. The city has many recognizable landmarks such as the statue of Bishop Grgur Ninski and many others. The location of the villa is excellent due to numerous beaches, restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance.
In the garden of the villa there is a heated swimming pool with sun beds where You can enjoy sunrays during hot summer days. Next to the pool there is dining area where whole family can gather around tasty dish prepared on the outside barbecue.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
