The master bedroom features a lush queen bed, bedside tables, and a wall-mounted TV, complete with a private ensuite for your convenience. The second spacious bedroom also boasts a queen bed, a makeup vanity, and bedside lamps, making it an ideal retreat. Kids or friends will love the third bedroom with its bunk bed (double on the bottom, single on top) and built-in wardrobes throughout all bedrooms. Stay comfortable year-round with ducted cooling and additional heating options in the queen bedrooms. You’ll find everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, and an array of kitchen appliances like a coffee pod machine, air fryer, and dishwasher. Unplug and enjoy quality time with loved ones in the cosy lounge area, complete with a library of books and games. For those needing to catch up on work, there’s a designated workspace in the study. Bring your furry friends along for the adventure! While our large backyard is perfect for play, please note it’s not completely secure, so supervision is recommended. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For reservations on booking platforms outside of OTA, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
