The welcoming family room features a cozy wood-burning fireplace and flows into a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances, natural stone countertops, and a coffee maker—ideal for preparing and enjoying meals together. The dining area offers seating for five at the table, with three additional seats at the counter, creating a comfortable setting for shared meals and conversation. The residence includes two primary suites, each with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom, with one offering a shower/tub combo and the other a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features a double-over-queen bunk bed with access to a hallway bathroom. Additional conveniences include ceiling fans, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a furnished deck with a gas grill for enjoying mountain air.

About the area

Please be advised that the pool and hot tubs will be out of service during the Summer and Fall of 2026. Guests will appreciate the convenience of true ski-in/ski-out access via the Haymeadow Skiway, with your stay ideally situated at the base of the Highlands Lift. From the skiway, you can easily ski down to Centennial for seamless access to the main base area. You’ll also be conveniently located next to the Beaver Creek tennis and pickleball courts, offering great options for year-round recreation. Amenities include a year-round heated outdoor pool, baby pool, and two hot tubs, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. You’ll also enjoy access to a boot room with lockers and boot heaters, as well as a locker room near the pool with showers for added comfort. Complimentary shuttle services are available throughout Beaver Creek for easy access to the resort and surrounding areas. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.
