1. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, $300.00 penalty will be applied if smoking is detected.
2. No pet is allowed, $350.00 penalty will be applied.
3. No parties allowed inside the property, no loud noise after 10pm, $300.00 penalty will be applied.
4. Do not wipe your cosmetics by using any of the accommodation towels, $50.00 penalty will be applied if it’s detected.
5. Please clean all the used mugs and plates before check-out.
6. Please empty the rubbish bin before check-out.
7.Check-in is anytime after 3PM and check out by 10AM, fees will be charged AUD $25 for any late check out no later than 11:30am.
8. Extra cleaning fee may apply if the property too messy and dirty after guest check out.
9. You need to aware that a $300 deposit for house rule will be needed, and please notice if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $300.
10. All guests must provide Photo ID to host before check in.
11. Please release the key safe and bring it into the apartment for safety reason. There is $300 penalty if avoid to do.
12. Guests and guests’ visitors must not deactivate or remove a smoke alarm or interfere with its operation in any way. If a guest or their visitor does this, it is a breach of duty and a host or house operator may give the guest a notice to check out and $300 penalty applied. must notify the host or house operator if a smoke alarm is faulty or not working. Should leave batteries in the smoke alarm when checking out.
(As you may also noticed there will have a $300 bond for house rule. ) The purpose of this bond is for key, key card or remote use, and to guarantee no irregularities during guests stay. Guests must follow the house rule during the stay to insure compleat return of deposit. There are two options you can pay for it:
1. Airbnb payment request, we will send you a payment request through Airbnb. You will need to check your email registered on Airbnb and confirm it. (Please notice Airbnb only allows guests to accept it by the laptop.)
2. You can provide us both sides of your credit card under your reservation name, we will block a $300 pre-auth from your card directly, a receipt will be sent.
3. PayID is the easy way to transfer deposit to us, please ask for details If this is your choice. (Please provide your booking Name as a payment reference)
4. Please note there is camera in the apartment building for safety reasons but there is no camera in the apartment
