Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- House Rules
- 1. No Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A AUD $300 fine will be charged if any signs of smoking (including odor or residue) are detected.
- 2. No Pets
- Pets are not allowed. A AUD $350 fine will be charged for any unauthorized pets on the premises.
- 3. No Parties or Events
- Parties or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A AUD $300 fine will apply if this rule is violated.
- 4. Towel Use
- Please do not use our towels to remove makeup or cosmetics. A AUD $50 fee will apply if towels are stained or damaged.
- 5. Cleaning Up
- Before check-out, please:
- • Wash all used dishes, mugs, and utensils
- • Empty all rubbish bins
- Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an excessively dirty or messy condition.
- 6. Check-In & Check-Out Times
- • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
- • Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Late check-out is charged at AUD $25 per hour and not allowed beyond 11:30 AM unless agreed in advance.
- 7. Security Deposit & Damages
- A AUD $300 security deposit may apply. Any rule violations or damage to the property or its contents may result in deductions up to this amount.
- 8. Photo ID Requirement
- All guests must provide a valid passport or Australian driver licence before check-in. The name must match the booking name.
- If a valid ID is not provided, check-in will be refused and no refund will be issued.
- 9. Key Safe Security
- Guests may be required to bring the key safe inside the apartment during their stay. If the key safe is missing or not returned, a AUD $300 charge will apply.
- 10. Smoke Alarm Safety
- Tampering with, disabling, or removing smoke alarms is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate eviction and a AUD $300 penalty.
- Please report any malfunctioning smoke alarms. Do not remove batteries upon check-out.
- 11. Sensitivity to Scents and Environment
- The property is professionally cleaned before each check-in. Please note that scent perception is subjective, and we cannot take responsibility for individual sensitivities to natural or environmental smells (e.g., nearby plants, cleaning products, etc.).
- Refunds will not be issued for personal sensitivities that are not caused by a verified issue with the property. We encourage guests with known allergies or sensitivities to consider this before booking.
