This "mountain contemporary" condo just completed a brand-new renovation that won’t disappoint! Enjoy lots of natural light and breathtaking views of the Ten Mile Range and Super Bee lift right from your living room. This top-floor condo has cathedral ceilings throughout the home and a cozy private deck to sit and enjoy the Rocky Mountain landscape.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to make a home-cooked meal, including a crockpot, blender, and coffee maker. The dining room table has seating for 6, plus a peninsula bar with seating for 3. After a long day of adventure, there is ample seating to get cozy near the fireplace in the living room. The living rooms flat-screen TV is equipped with cable, so you’ll never miss a game. There is also a brand-new sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.
The master bedroom boasts cathedral ceilings, a queen bed, and a rustic barn door opening to a luxurious en-suite master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a full trundle bed under the bunk bed.
There is a private one-car heated garage, so you will not need to carry your ski gear up the stairs, as there is plenty of storage in the garage. This home is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator; guests will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs from the garage. Overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter; summer parking is free.
This spacious 2-bedroom townhome is located in the Elk Run complex in East Village of Copper Mountain. To access the mountain, walk out to the cat track located directly behind the complex and ski down to the Super Bee Lift. The Super Bee lift accesses blue and black terrain. If you have a beginner in your group, they can use the free shuttle to Center Village or West Village. You are also a 2-minute walk from JJ’s Mountain Side Grill and the Tubing Hill.
Copper Mountain also offers the free "Copper Coach" shuttle service. The Copper Coach will pick you up from the townhome and can take you anywhere in Copper Mountain, just give them a call. Another option is to walk to the bus stop in front of Copper Station, about 150 yards away. The bus comes by every 5-10 minutes during the ski season and will take you to either Center or West Village.
Early Season Information: The Super Bee chairlift is used for Olympic training in November and early December. Public access to this lift is dependent on snow conditions, which can vary early in the season. Typically, public access begins around Thanksgiving but could be as late as the third week of December. Snow conditions and information about which lifts are currently open can be found on the Copper Mountain website.
