In the area you will find the Internationsl Poznan Fair MTP (1.6 km), a Night Market (1.5 km) and Stary Browar shopping center (1,3 km). Poznan Old Market with the main tourist attractions can be reached in about 12 min by car. There is also a big park with children playground in about 11 min walk from the accomodation. The nearest supermarket is situated in 1 min walk and in 7 min walk is situated a cafe bar Bezstresowa and in 6 min walk - a restaurant Piccolo.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
