Complex Features: Prospector Condominiums provide a great location for both winter and summer activities. Located on Warm Springs Creek just off Skiway Drive, the Prospector complex is within walking distance of Warm Springs lifts on Bald Mountain. The Prospectors offer three on-site hot tubs, and in the summer, there is an outdoor swimming pool (July and August only) and private tennis and pickleball courts. There is a free shuttle that picks up about a block away from the condo, which will transport you to downtown Ketchum and to the Sun Valley Resort. Parking is restricted to one vehicle. Per HOA, no pets are allowed for vacation rental guests. Please Note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum.
