The living room, cozily arranged around a stacked-stone gas fireplace, invites you to unwind. Enjoy your favorite shows or a highly anticipated football game on the large TV that graces the space. Adjacent to the living area, the elegant dining area features a table that comfortably seats 8, along with a kitchen island that accommodates 2 additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary enthusiast’s dream, equipped with sleek stainless-steel appliances and exquisite granite countertops, ideal for whipping up delicious meals. As the day comes to a close, step outside onto the expansive covered deck, where you can savor your morning coffee or indulge in hot chocolate while breathing in the invigorating mountain air and soaking in the stunning views. One bedroom features a queen bed and a TV, while the second offers a queen bed paired with a twin daybed and twin trundle, making it ideal for families. Enhancing your stay are a host of additional amenities, including high-speed WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, live TV via YouTube TV, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and a main-floor powder room for easy access. If you’re bringing along furry friends, two dogs are welcome to join you on your vacation, subject to an additional pet fee. The property features a steep paved driveway with ample space for 2-3 vehicles. Please be aware that exterior security cameras monitor the driveway, parking area, entry steps, and sides of the home for added safety. During the enchanting winter months (October–March), it is strongly recommended that guests have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle, and chains may be necessary in snowy or icy conditions.
