Welcome to Fairway Lodge On One! Fairway Lodge On One is an impressive custom log cabin that sits directly on the golf course at the Beech Mountain Club. The Beech Mountain Club and the Golf Shop are just 4 minutes from the cabin, and Beech Mountain Ski Resort is only 5 minutes away, providing quick access to all the famous Beech Mountain activities. Enter into the bottom level of the cabin directly from the parking area and find a unique game room with a pool table, a wet bar, and comfortable theater-style seats around a stone gas log fireplace and big screen TV. There is a master bedroom on the lower level with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, an additional king guest room, and a full hallway bathroom. Upstairs is the spacious main living area with a high cathedral-style tongue-and-groove ceiling and wood floors, all framed by a wall of windows overlooking the fairway. The comfortable sectional sofa is around the gas fireplace and TV. The open-concept living space includes a dining area with seating for the whole house and a fully stocked kitchen to meet your needs. The expansive decks off the main level have seating and a gas grill with lovely views in any season. There is a second master bedroom on the main level with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is a king guest bedroom and a queen guest bedroom, with TVs and a shared hallway bathroom. All rooms have luxury and comfort in mind. Guests can enjoy a soak in the hot tub on the covered lower-level patio with the convenience of an outdoor shower to rinse before and after. Evening soaks with the ambiance of a fire in the nearby wood-burning fire pit, surrounded by custom Adirondack chairs. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central heating and air, and a washer and dryer. There are 8 Smart TVs throughout, one in each bedroom, one on the main floor, and two in the lower level game room, all available for viewing with your personal streaming accounts. Fairway Lodge On One is not pet-friendly; thank you for not bringing pets to the cabin. Guests traveling in winter should prepare for unpredictable weather by having AWD or 4WD vehicles and carrying tire chains for icy conditions. There is one camera at the house on the front pointing away from the door, and a camera at the lower door capturing the driveway/parking area. Beech Mountain Club Guests with a reservation at Fairway Lodge On One are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation. BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully. Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date. Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information. A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer. Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
