Welcome to Buena Vista!
Buena Vista is a newly-constructed, upscale mountain cabin set atop a private ridge near Banner Elk at an elevation of 4,200 feet. The cabin offers stunning long-range, layered year-round views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the numerous open-air decks and has amenities to keep the whole family entertained.
This home has an open floor plan, dual master bedrooms with private decks, hardwood floors, tongue-and-groove ceilings, an updated kitchen with stainless appliances, an induction cooktop, and above-and-below cabinet lighting.
The dining area can seat up to eight (8) people, with additional seating at the center island for two (2) more. Guests will enjoy an incredible view from the living room through the wall of windows. The living room features a newly installed natural stone, floor to ceiling, gas log fireplace, a wall-mounted HDTV, and a Home Max sound system.
Venture downstairs to the huge game room and movie area with a slate 9-foot pool table, games, and an entertainment system. The downstairs bedrooms also have HDTVs and a Nintendo Wii. The lower deck also features a jetted hot tub with overhead bistro lighting.
Fiber optic, high-speed internet means reliable internet service. All bedrooms and TVs also have Chromecasts installed so you can stream your favorite shows or movies.
The land around Buena Vista has marked and unmarked hiking and walking trails, and the 14-acre property is yours to explore. Although you may feel remote, Banner Elk is only four (4) miles from the cabin, Valle Crucis is only five (5) miles away, and Boone is less than half an hour. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain are both within 10 miles. Grandfather Mountain and Linville Falls are also nearby.
