The apartment is located in the northern part of Gdynia, on the border of Pogórze and Kosaków, at 62 Kościuszki Street. The estate has a playground for children, and the location provides everything you need for a comfortable life. The excellent location allows you to enjoy the charms of the city and the surrounding area - in 20 minutes you can reach the beach in Babie Doły, as well as the beach and boulevard, which are located in Oksywie in Gdynia. It takes less than 15 minutes by car to get to Mechelinki with a walking pier, fresh fish straight from the cutter, a fishing open-air museum and the Mechelińskie Łąki Nature Reserve. Well-developed infrastructure provides quick access to the center of Gdynia (Estakada Kwiatkowskiego) with a neighborhood created for supporters of an active lifestyle. The sea, beach, bicycle and canoe routes encourage relaxation and recreation.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
