Welcome to Pinecone Manor!
Enjoy mountain comfort in this sprawling 6BR/6BA, three-story home atop the peaks of Beech Mountain. Breathtaking 180-degree views, a large game room with a pool table, ping pong, a shuffleboard table, flat-panel HDTVs with Blu Ray players throughout the house, three master suites - one on each floor, two of which have king-size beds. Central heating and air conditioning offer year-round comfort to guests.
The living room boasts incredible views and a stone, wood-burning fireplace. The galley-style kitchen is fully stocked for large groups and offers five barstool seats for auxiliary dining in addition to the 10-seat dining table.
The game room on the first floor has an 8-foot pool table with a ping pong table topper, a shuffleboard table, a roulette wheel, a huge HDTV, and a BluRay Player, as well as a log-hewn futon (which offers additional sleeping space if needed) and other seating.
A detached 3-car garage with a level breezeway into the main house offers additional climate-controlled, covered parking to those who prefer garage parking.
You may also enjoy the Buckeye Recreation Center on Beech Mountain.
*PLEASE NOTE the steps down to Pinecone Manor are steep and sometimes slick in wet or winter weather. There is level access available via the garage if you do not wish to use the steps.
*A/C - The lower level of this home does not have A/C. The main and upper levels do have A/C.

Beech Mountain Club:
Guests with a reservation at Pinecone Manor are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation.
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully.
Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date.
Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information.
A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer.
Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
Transfers are administered by BMC, which has no affiliation with Property Manager.

Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund.
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
