Conveniently located on Appalachian Ski Mountain in Blowing Rock, Altitude Adjustment is a short half-mile drive or a ten-minute walk to the family-friendly ski lodge, ski slopes, and ice skating rink. Centrally located to all the High Country has to offer, downtown Blowing Rock is a five minute drive where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and activities. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, High Gravity Adventures, downtown Boone, and Appalachian State University are all within five miles.
Altitude Adjustment is a two level home with a spacious open main floor with high ceilings with exposed beams and bright wood walls. The living room boasts a wall of windows that let in natural light and a large stone gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day on the slopes. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
