Pipers Paradise itself is an elegant three-level home that exudes charm and tranquility, providing the perfect escape from the day-to-day hustle. With multiple living areas, expansive decks, and breathtaking mountain views, you’re sure to feel right at home. The large floor-to-ceiling windows invite in the serene outdoors, flooding the interiors with natural light and awe-inspiring vistas. The inviting living area boasts vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and a grand stone gas fireplace, creating the ideal atmosphere for cozy evenings. You’ll find comfortable furnishings that beckon you to unwind and relax, while the beautiful hardwood floors seamlessly connect the great room to the gourmet kitchen. This kitchen is a cook’s dream, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of counter space—perfect for whipping up delicious meals with fresh, local ingredients. Gather around the spacious dining table that seats twelve, with additional seating at the bar for three and a charming breakfast table for four.
Step outside onto the expansive deck and take in the stunning mountain scenery! The covered built-in gas grill allows for enjoyable outdoor cooking, rain or shine, while the gas fire table is the perfect place to share stories and laughter after a day full of adventure.
Head downstairs to discover the game room, which is a delightful space designed for both fun and relaxation. Engage in friendly competition with the foosball table or the multi-cade arcade, and settle in for movie nights or exciting sports events on the large high-definition TV. The cozy sofa doubles as a sleeper with a queen air mattress, providing extra space when needed. Conveniently, a full bathroom with a step-in shower is just steps away, along with a sauna and a rowing machine for an added touch of luxury. The patio is your perfect sanctuary post-hiking, featuring a hot tub where you can soak your cares away. For those with a sweet tooth, roast marshmallows around the solo stove and savor delicious s’mores under the stars!
On the middle floor, you’ll find a cozy library that makes an excellent workspace, boasting stunning mountain views through large glass doors. A twin sleeper chair is also available for additional sleeping arrangements. The middle level has a convenient wet bar, perfect for late-night snacks.
Pipers Paradise offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a king master suite on the main level with direct access to the back deck, an HDTV, and a luxurious private bathroom featuring double vanities, a steam shower, and a relaxing soaker tub (please note the tub jets are not operational). On the middle level, there are four additional bedrooms, including two suites. The king suite includes deck access, an HDTV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a step-in shower. The second suite features a cozy queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An additional king bedroom is complete with a TV and a private bathroom with a step-in shower, while the adorable bunk room is perfect for kids, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds that comfortably sleep four guests.

Enhancing your stay are excellent amenities, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and comfortable central heating and air conditioning on the top two levels. The bottom level features mini-splits in the game room and sauna, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. A powder room on the main floor adds further convenience. Pets are not allowed at Pipers Paradise.
Parking is a breeze with a paved driveway accommodating three vehicles and additional space available in the garage for one vehicle. For security, a camera is positioned to the left of the garage door, monitoring the entry landing. During the winter months (October through March), we strongly recommend using a 4-wheel- or all-wheel-drive vehicle, and chains may be necessary in snowy or icy conditions.

Beech Mountain Club
Guests with a reservation at Fairway to Heaven on Beech are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation.
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully.
Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date.
Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information.
A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer.
Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
Transfers are administered by BMC, which has no affiliation with Property Manager.
