Pipers Paradise offers five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a king master suite on the main level with direct access to the back deck, an HDTV, and a luxurious private bathroom featuring double vanities, a steam shower, and a relaxing soaker tub (please note the tub jets are not operational). On the middle level, there are four additional bedrooms, including two suites. The king suite includes deck access, an HDTV, and a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a step-in shower. The second suite features a cozy queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. An additional king bedroom is complete with a TV and a private bathroom with a step-in shower, while the adorable bunk room is perfect for kids, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds that comfortably sleep four guests. **Additional Sleeping Accommodations:** - Middle Level Library: Twin sleeper chair - Lower Level Game Room: Queen sleeper sofa with air mattress Enhancing your stay are excellent amenities, including Wi-Fi, a laundry room, and comfortable central heating and air conditioning on the top two levels. The bottom level features mini-splits in the game room and sauna, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. A powder room on the main floor adds further convenience. Pets are not allowed at Pipers Paradise. Parking is a breeze with a paved driveway accommodating three vehicles and additional space available in the garage for one vehicle. For security, a camera is positioned to the left of the garage door, monitoring the entry landing. During the winter months (October through March), we strongly recommend using a 4-wheel- or all-wheel-drive vehicle, and chains may be necessary in snowy or icy conditions. BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully. Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date. Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information. A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer. Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
