This cottage in Yonahlossee has been completely and tastefully remodeled. It is surrounded on three sides by Moses Cone and Julian Price Parks with over 7,000 acres to explore. There is a cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a kitchenette, a view porch, and a nearby stream. Enjoy snug comforts and exploring miles of nearby trails and hiking on the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Chippewa is a duplex sharing one wall with the neighboring property. It features a semi-private, king bedroom with an HD Smart TV and built-in cabinetry along with a spa-like, full bathroom with custom, hammered-copper double vanities, a towel warmer, and an oversized tiled shower with a frameless glass door. The comfortable living area features a gas log fireplace and an HD Smart TV with BluRay/DVD Player. The kitchenette has been fully renovated with stainless appliances, butcher-block wood countertops, and a 4-seat bar top for dining. Chippewa has a wraparound porch with Adirondack-style gliders and a bistro-style table and chairs, from which you can enjoy seasonal views.

For cyclists, this cottage is located on the route of the 100-mile ’Blood, Sweat, and Gears’ race. Shulls Mill Road is a beautiful mountain road that provides access to the parkway, Hwy 221 between Blowing Rock and Linville, Valle Crucis, and Boone. It makes the perfect base for your training weekend.
