This comfortable detached holiday home is on the waterfront in Waterpark De Bloemert, an expansive holiday park on the Zuidlaardermeer. It lies just within the province of Drenthe, 3 km from the village of Zuidlaren and close to nature reserves such as Drentsche Aa National Park and Geopark De Hondsrug. The vibrant city centre of Groningen is 18 km away.
The holiday home is situated on the waterfront of the holiday park. Comfortably furnished and fully appointed, it is set over two floors. On the ground floor is a living room with a TV and an open plan kitchen that includes a microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate toilet in the hall. A storage room with washing machine and dryer makes it complete. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds that can be set up as double beds. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
