Villa Mindula is settled in charming coastal town of Sukošan, only 11 km from Zadar. This place is adorned with the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija, and close to five National Parks and two Parks of Nature. With rich gastronomic offer of Mediterranean specialties that you can try in the taverns of Sukošan, this place is an ideal destination for those who want to spend an active vacation exploring the natural beauty on the bike paths or the beauty of our underwater.
The whole property of Villa Mindula is fenced which offers You complete privacy during Your stay. On the terrace of the villa there is a big pool with sun loungers around it and a lounge corner area where You can enjoy sun rays while sipping cocktails in the summer. On the covered part of the terrace there is a dining area where whole family can gather around a tasty dish prepared on outdoor barbecue.
Interior of the villa consists of an open-plan living room and a dining room area with fully equipped kitchen. There are also three bedrooms, out of which, one master’s bedroom has en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with double bed, air conditioning and TV. Except for en suite bathroom, there is one shared bathroom and one toilet for guests.
