An entrance space with a 7kg washer and cabots for suitcase storage. A second open-air bathroom with shower. A 7X2,5m swimming pool (3,7m wide, where side-steps), 1,15m deep; pertains to the outdoors living area of 84 m2. This area, is protected by a 5X9 meter pergola, and is equipped with all theessential outdoor furniture, in addition to the large marble sink, wine cooler and small ice-maker. Pool depth is 115cm. The sandy beach under the house is accessible through 38 stone steps, followed by a natural path to the sea. During your stay, english-french-german speaking manager can be reached by phone 24 hours/day and accompanied to the house. Guests will be met at the porτ/heliport and accompanied to the house.
