Come and relax in our beautiful coastal home, located on a quiet corner of South Edgewood Street. Just a 15-minute walk to downtown Seaside, and 4 blocks from the beach and the Promenade. The bright and airy open floor plan allows you to enjoy hanging out with friends and family in all the living spaces. After spending a day at the beach surfing, relaxing, or just playing, come home and warm up in front of the fireplace; It also keeps the living room cozy on cool nights. When it’s time for bed, you have two bedrooms on the main floor: one with a comfy king bed, and another with a queen bed. There is a bathroom on the main floor for both bedrooms to share. Upstairs there is a large room with a queen bed and a daybed with trundle, and its own bathroom; It’s perfect for a family or the kids. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
