Come and relax in our beautiful coastal home, located on a quiet corner of South Edgewood Street. Just a 15-minute walk to downtown Seaside, and 4 blocks from the beach and the Promenade. The bright and airy open floor plan allows you to enjoy hanging out with friends and family in all the living spaces. After spending a day at the beach surfing, relaxing, or just playing, come home and warm up in front of the fireplace; It also keeps the living room cozy on cool nights. When it’s time for bed, you have two bedrooms on the main floor: one with a comfy king bed, and another with a queen bed. There is a bathroom on the main floor for both bedrooms to share. Upstairs there is a large room with a queen bed and a daybed with trundle, and its own bathroom; It’s perfect for a family or the kids. A BBQ grill will be available from May through September for guest use. Come be delighted by everything this wonderful Seaside home has to offer your family and friends. Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
