These detached and comfortable villas are located on the beautiful, spacious holiday park Resort Maastricht. It is located on the Dousberg, just 4 km from the cosy centre of the trendy city of Maastricht.
This two-floor villa is fully and modernly furnished. You will find a living room with a cosy wood stove and TV on the ground floor. The open kitchen includes a microwave oven and dishwasher. There also is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet in the hall. On the first floor, you will find two more double bedrooms (one with a TV) and a nice bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet. All beds are single (box spring) beds that may be set up as a double beds.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
