Beautiful and spacious villa situated 3km from the town of Pollensa, and only 9km from Puerto de Pollensa and its beaches.
The exterior of the property is very nice and well kept. It has a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and chill-out area, ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. There is also a large table with chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa and armchairs, to enjoy meals and time with family or friends outdoors in summer.
Inside, the villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 4 of them with shower, and can accommodate up to 12 people. There are two living rooms, one with a table football for the more active, and the other one with a fireplace, right next to the kitchen, independent and very well equipped with all the necessary comforts for a modern lifestyle. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
