You’ll find a garden, several terraces, and porches, either outdoors or glazed, perfect for your breakfast or BBQs. In fact, the main porch is ideal for that in both the cold and the hot days, since there’s a wood stove and a sitting area for a drink after your banquet. The best is that this villa offers a great saltwater private pool that is 12 x 4 meters and has a water depth that ranges from 1 to 1.6 meters where you can swim and sunbathe on the 14 sunloungers around or play table tennis.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
