Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. Key Replacement Fee: In the unfortunate event of lost or forgotten keys, a replacement fee will be incurred, with a minimum charge of $300.
- 2. Strictly No Illegal Activity: Engaging in any form of illegal activity is strictly prohibited. We maintain a safe and secure environment for all guests.
- 3. Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy: Unauthorized early check-ins and late check-outs will incur a charge of $500, in addition to the equivalent amount of the affected night(s).
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these house rules. Following them not only ensures a hassle-free stay but also helps avoid additional fees and security deposit charges.
