Welcome to this beautiful country house with private pool, tennis court and beautiful views to the mountains in Caimari. It can accommodate 8 guests. The great chlorine pool of this villa, surrounded by the lawn and then, by the mountains, becomes the perfect place to disconnect and cool down when it is hot. It sizes 9 x 4 metres and its water depth goes from 0.9 to 2.2 metres. You will find 6 sun loungers around it, where you can bask in the sun before heading to the barbecue to cook a delicious meal. You can enjoy it in the porch or at the table on the lawn at the other side of the house. The porch also is perfect to relax while enjoying a glass of wine after a funny tennis match at the court that also is available. The exterior shower will also be very helpful. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours. Inside this rustic one-storey house, you find a spacious living - dining room, perfect to watch the TV-Sat for a while, which is equipped with air-conditioning and a fireplace. Next you find the kitchen with a ceramic top, oven, microwave and other utensils and appliances, as well as a table with chairs in case you prefer to enjoy your meals in here. The laundry room is independent and it has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will find 4 bedrooms in order to rest, all of them with a closet. Three of them offer a double bed and air-conditioning, and the last one has two twin beds and a fan. One of the firsts has access to the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. There are another two bathrooms for the rest of the house, one with a shower and the other with a tub. If you are travelling with your baby we can prepare a cot and a high chair. Caimari is a cosy and quiet village located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, perfect for those who love small charming places with just a little grocery shop, the traditional bar and the town restaurant. There are several routes to practice hiking or biking starting in Caimari. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia,about 31 km away. But you can drive to know the coves of the mountain range and visit the incomparable Cala Tuent or sa Calobra, true jewels in the island! Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
