Two of the bedrooms feature bunk beds with full size mattresses on the bottom bunks and twin size on the top bunks. The final bedroom offers a queen bed and you will find two full bathrooms down this hallway both equipped with combo shower/tubs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven and plenty of seating at the breakfast bar and kitchen table. Formal dinners can be hosted in the formal dining room and then venture over to the living room and watch a movie while sitting by the fire. The front of the house has a large office for those working while away from home providing you every space you would need while visiting sunny AZ. Speaking of sunny, you will spend a lot of time enjoying the heated pool and spa while drooling over the views this property offers day and night. You will be able to enjoy dining outside as well as lounging by the pool soaking up the sun. Although this property has everything, do not forget about what the Las Sendas community has to offer. Just outside the gated home community but within Las Sendas there is access to biking and hiking. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation.
