Step inside to this 2 bedroom fully renovated townhouse. The open concept and rich wood tones will welcome you to a grand living space. The living room has cozy recliners and other comfy furniture in front of a massive 90 inch television you can see from everywhere in the townhouse. The dining room is also part of the open concept and there is also a kitchen nook for 4, perfect for playing card games or doing a puzzle. The kitchen is massive and has absolutely everything you will need to feel like you just made it to your home away from home. In the great room there is also a dedicated work space with massive desk and chair
The bedrooms are the popular split design. The Primary bedroom has a king bed, walk out to the private patio and an amazing spa bath with a walk in shower, There is a walk in closet and a ton of storage surrounding the double sinks. Enjoy the TV from bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and spacious living. This bedroom also has a dedicated workspace. The hall bath is just outside the door for ease then sharing with family and friends. The townhouse has a 2 car garage, of which one space is available. There is a golf cart available for rent during you visit also at $15 per day. Enjoy buzzing around throughout the community and meeting new friends. Washer and Dreyer are in the garage laundry facility. Super fast wifi too.
Outside you will find a private patio with a BBQ, lounging and dining al fresco for 4.
WOOF! This home is small dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.
